1. Overview
This website is operated by DOGHAUS, an Australian online retail business based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DOGHAUS.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on this website.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
3. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations.
Product availability is subject to change. We may discontinue a product or variant at any time.
We do not guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual purpose unless that purpose has been expressly confirmed by us.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable
• pricing or product information contains an obvious error
• payment cannot be processed
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their billing and contact information is accurate.
6. Shipping and Fulfilment
DOGHAUS operates an online fulfilment model and some products may be dispatched directly from third-party fulfilment partners or suppliers, including suppliers located outside Australia.
Estimated delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and may be affected by supplier processing, carriers, customs, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
If we become aware that we cannot supply a product within a reasonable time, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. ACCC
7. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Our returns and refunds policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
We may request reasonable proof of purchase and information or photographs relating to the issue.
We are not required to provide a refund solely because you changed your mind, unless our separate Returns Policy provides otherwise. ACCC
8. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

Customers should exercise reasonable care when using products on fabrics or surfaces and, where appropriate, test the product on a small inconspicuous area first.
